  • Player's coach themselves and make their own substitutions. This is a fun way of developing leadership. Hoops4Health Referee/Coaches will help with this when needed as well as give some instruction.
  • All teams make the playoffs. Playoffs are bracket play and teams will be seeded out by their regular season record.
  • There are stats and player write-ups updated every week as well as an end of the season All Star Game. League game schedule will be released on 4/11.
  • Team and individual awards will be given out at the conclusion of the season.
  • See League Rules

League Clinics

  • Pre-Season and during season clinics are offered to better and enhance the individual skills as well as work on team concepts. Focus is also on ball movement, moving without the ball, defensive principles, and league rules.
