Coach Mirsad Mackic focuses on developing the fundamental skills to be an all around player and teammate. A big emphasis on the art of shooting and becoming a great ball handler. Mirsad has the ability to connect with players and motivate them to become successful in the game of basketball and off the court. Team style focuses on being fast paced and controlling the tempo of the game.

  • Currently studying physical education/health at North Park university
  • Currently coaching JV boys basketball at Northtown academy
  • Played a year at North Park university before getting into coaching.
  • Ranked top 200 in Illinois by Prep Hoops
  • 2x Kurland Schnurr All tournament team
  • 4 year varsity basketball starter for Niles west high school
  • Hoops4Health Spring 2012 MVP
  • Played for 7th grade Hoops4Health Bulldogs National Team
  • Played for the 8th grade Hoops4Health Bulldogs National team that won gold division in Vegas. Played alongside Arizona State player Alonzo Verge Jr.
  • Played for Hoops4Health from 6-8th grade.
  • Played on 6th grade Chi-Town Diablos team that included players like Willie Herenton (Miami), Justin Smith (Indiana), Jordan Poole (GSW warriors), Nojel Eastern (Purdue)
