COVID-19 Protocol

  • We follow Illinois Covid-19 guidelines set forth by the CDC and IDPH.
  • Anyone under the age of 12 are required to wear a mask.
  • Those who are fully vaccinated masks are optional. If not fully vaccinated masks are encouraged to be worn.​
  • Parents must oversee/remind players to make sure their hands and basketball have been disinfected prior and after participation.

  • Waiver form at the link above must be filled out prior to participation. Needs to be filled out only one time for the current year. Fill out a new waiver if any information has changed.
  • ​Players should bring their own basketball to camp. 



  • Fundamentals covered include Triple Threat Stance, proper shooting form, moving/cutting without the ball, defense, passing, rebounding, and dribbling. ​There will be a variety of fun high energy drills, games, and competitions. Awards/Prizes will be given out throughout the camp.
  • Dribbling Hand/Eye Coordination/Flexibility, Toughness, Body Control, Conditioning/Core Work
  • Mental Aspect of the Game, sportsmanship, positive attitude, off court maintenance, healthy lifestyle
  • Creating Space off the dribble, Combination Moves

Hoops4Health is ready to bring fun and exciting basketball activities to your child right after camp ends. Designed for players looking to sharpen their skills over the summer, this skills camp gets you READY TO PLAY!  This program focuses on the fundamentals of the game – ball handling, passing, shooting, and defense.  By learning basic techniques, campers will develop a strong foundation for basketball.  Players will be divided into groups based on age, ability and skill level. The skills are taught in a fun and positive environment by coaching professionals.
